Ubisoft announces the release date for Splinter Cell: Conviction

Ubisoft has announced the European launch date of their last action game, Splinter Cell: Conviction, developed by Ubisoft Montreal studios, that was set for April 15 2010. The story will take us approximately two years further in time after the events of Splinter Cell: Double Agent. In Splinter Cell: Conviction, Sam Fisher will leave the Third Echelon Organization after he finds out that his daughter's death wasn't an accident.

Assassin's Creed is one of the best Ubisoft franchises ever sold, despite the illegal download that preceded even the official launch. Therefore, it wasnt surprising  to hear that Ubisoft is preparing for a sequel of the famous game. Info was disclosed through a conference but no further details were released. However, if we give credence to rumors, Assasin's Creed 2's story will take us few hundred years after the first event, in the 18th century.

If you have played the PS3 version, forget about it. The PC version looks even better but, can you handle it? According to gamesradar.com, "the PC version will allow you to adjust sliders for all kinds of visual settings to improve performance and frame rates. Rockstar let us turn down all the settings to give us an idea of what GTA IV might like on a less-than-stellar rig. Even with all the details, traffic levels, and effects turn down, the game still looked decent. And with that in mind, we present you the minimum and recommended system requirements for the PC version of GTA IV."

Electronic Arts has released a playable demo for their latest addition in sports managers, Fifa Manager 09. Although the demo is limited to the first divisions of the six countries included in the full game, this demo version allows full manager controls. Thus, the demo allows us to complete multiple tasks, from making the tactics, choosing the squad or training the players, to transfer them from the international market.

T-72: Balkans on Fire! is a groundbreaking new tank simulation by Russian game developers IDDK/Crazy House. Set in the violent period of civil wars in Yugoslavia from 1991 to 1995, it puts the player as a Russian volunteer tank commander right into the turret of some of the best tanks the Russians built – the T-72B, the T-55A and the T-34-85.
