Therefore, it wasnt surprising  to hear that Ubisoft is preparing for a sequel of the famous game. Info was disclosed through a conference but no further details were released. However, if we give credence to rumors, Assasin’s Creed 2‘s story will take us few hundred years after the first event, in the 18th century.

New rumors say that Ubisoft is planning to launch the game in later 2009 but nothing has been officially confirmed so far.
