Just weeks after the launch of the new MacBook Pro, Toshiba appears with something even better: The new notebook Qosimo, with neither more nor less than 3 graphic cards on board.
Although these graphics cards can not operate simultaneously, they can be used alternately depending on the needs of energy consumption. However, two of the 3 chipsets are connected dual on the motherboard: two processors NVidia 9800 GTS. The third one is the Nvidia’s GeForce 9400M chipset that can be used as a power-saver alternative.
The new Qosmio series is designed especially for gaming and will be available from this November with two names: X305-X305-Q706 and Q708.
The first one is equipped with a Core 2 Duo processor running at a frequency of 2.26GHz while Q708 has a Quad Core Processor running at 2.53GHz. Both have 4GB of DDR3 RAM, hard disks of 320 GB, 17-inch display with maximum resolution of 1440 x 900 and 4 audio system with sub-woofer.
Qosimo Q706 will cost about $ 2000 while the price of Q708 will be no less than $ 4200.
